Thomas Joseph Crow, known by his friends and family as Tom, is a dedicated public insurance adjuster based in Dallas, Texas, with over five years of experience in the industry. He specializes in handling home and commercial insurance claims for a wide range of covered perils, including hail, wind, tornadoes, water damage, fire, and lightning. Known for his unwavering commitment to advocating for policyholders, Tom works tirelessly to ensure his clients receive fair settlements, even when faced with challenges such as insurance company denials. Licensed in Texas (TX PIA License #2648844), he has built a reputation for delivering exceptional results and protecting his clients' interests.

FOUNDER

Chase has been in the industry since 2016. He started his career working for a commercial roofing company in the Kansas City Metro area where he learned how to work large scale and complex projects. From there, Chase moved to Texas with a general contractor that worked on projects as small as back yard renovations, to full house remodels.

While working for this GC, Chase started an estimating firm that specialized in writing estimates for contractors in the insurance industry. Chase still owns and operates his estimating firm.

Chase, in 2023 decided to take take his estimating skills, loss documentation processes, and construction knowledge into the public adjusting world, where he partnered up with Tom.
